I have been a proud ferret owner of 4 years. I want to know what country/continent their species originated originally.
My coworkers always tease me that they are just elongated rats.
I know that ferrets are in the mustiladae family, and I've heard that they may come from Italy or Egypt.
Does anyone know specifically?
