What's wrong with my cat? Why won't she lay on her stomach?

She won't lay on her stomach and she meows really loud when we try to pick her up. She just started doing it a couple minutes ago. We tried to feed her milk and ham (things she ALWAYS eats) and she barely even looked at them. Does anyone know what's wrong with her?

She might have over ate and has a tummy ache. Picking her up probably puts pressure on her bloaty belly.
