Thread: What's a good way to reduce my cat from shedding so much?

I have a Ragdoll, or something like that, we're not too sure. She kind of just came to our house one day when she was small.

She's shedding more and more lately, and it's getting to the point where the house needs to be vacuumed almost every day. She's not much of a biter, but she doesn't like to be brushed a lot. Also, is it ok we let her on the couches and beds? because she goes outside too (bathroom).

in the spring all animals shed their winter coat.

besides grooming and vaccuming, there's nothing more you can do. be patient.

if the sheading is bothering you, try a lint roller, it works better than a vac on the coutch
