What Remidies If Any, Are There For Direhea In Cats?

My cat Storm has direhea and has vomited at least 3 x's. Her episodes of direhea has occured more often than not. My ? is what can I do, other than taking her to the vet. Could this even be possible signs of distemper?

A while back my dog had similar symptoms and he had swallowed little pieces of carpet that got caught in his stomach. We also waited and when we got to the vet he said we had waited to long and sadly the dog passed away
