I heard you shouldn't do it too early but don't know why. Thx.

Make sure your pup is vaccinated first! He can go outside in the yard for potty training and a little bit of playing, but no walks or interactions until the pup is vaccinated. I have been a vet tech for over a year now, and have seen way too many pups die from Parvo! We suggest a distemper/parvo vaccine at 8 weeks, 12 weeks, and 16 weeks. With the last distemper/parvo vaccine at 16 weeks, your pup needs a rabies vaccine as well. After that, you'll only need the distemper/parvo and rabies vaccines once a year. (There are also three year vaccines available, but you need the one year vaccines first!)
after the pups had its 2nd lot of jabs , talk with your vet. some owners take a risk only for socializing purposes .i wouldnt.
