Our Siamese cat suffers from Stomatitis. The cat was treated with antibiotics and cortison, but not much change could be observed. Now the cat also became diabetic and is treated for it.
The cat has in the very back of its throat left and right (behind the last teeth) big areas of inflamation.
I wonder if somebody could give some advices for a helpful treatment. I was told that the best solution would be to pull out all teeth, would it help to start only with the pull out of the two backmost teeth in the end of the mouth? Or is there any helpful other way before to start this surgery?
I am thankful for all advices. I have been reading so many websites about this disease and got so confused that i really dont know what to do. We are living in Turkey and the knowledge of such diseases is to a certain extent limited. Besides there are no specialized doctors for animal dentistry.

Let me thank you already now for all your answers.
