Adopted and needs help w/ adopted parents(step)?

Okay so I was adopted when I was three and having new parents isn't easy. My new Dad(Keith) beat the crap out of my brother. He always hits me and I can't deal w/ it anymore. I don't want to call child pretective service because then I'll have to be put up for adoption again and my brother is going into the Army to get away from them, and I'm stuck here, so he wouldn't be able to take me in. He'll be 18 in April, and I'll be 15. What should I do??

What's worse? Getting beaten or going to live with other foster parents for 3 years?
