I'm going on vacation for a week or so and we're going to be driving from Louisiana to New Mexico and a few other states, so it's a lot of driving and bumping around in the car. I have two chinchillas and I don't know what I should do with them. It's a male and a baby female so they can't be in one cage, so I have to bring one in a carrier cage and one in my old smaller cage if I do bring them. Another option would be to leave them with one of my friends, but they all have inside dogs, and my older chinchilla is terrified of them and he got sick when I left him with a friend who had a cat. Or I guess I could leave them at my house and have one of my older brothers come and feed them, but they'd be by themselves and I don't want them to get scared. Any suggestions?
