i personally like Wellness brand. it's pretty good quality, and their Wellness Simple Solutions is great for dogs like mine who have food allergies! there are only 5 ingredients in the Simple Solutions!

Eukanuba definetly. They treat the dogs with care there and all of the dogs are so well behaved!!

Eukanuba is the most popular, which probably means it's the best because the most dogs use it.
