she may not be pregnant and this is the end of her season, get her scanned at 4-5 weeks to be sure if she is pregnant or not, dogs do not show signs of loosing a litter usually they are absorbed by the mum's body or are born dead, discharge is sometimes normal in pregnant dogs a scan is the best bet, best of luck
