Just so everyone knows this is a "Cone collar" and her dog has recently had a operation and has stitches it is biting at.

    1) Stay home

    2) Wrap something around the area to help protect it

    3) Leave lots of treats and toys out .. hopefully occupying your dogs attention

    4) Make a friend or family member watch him/her

    Pick one.

Have a neighbor you trust check up on him a few times a day or try to come home during your lunch break. Or if you can afford it, drop him off at a doggy daycare for a few hours.

I don't understand the question. Are you crating the dog? Is he trained to crate? Is he in a boarding kennel?
