odd behavior?
we have an aussie shep that turned 2 today. over the past few months she's developed a strange behavior. all of a sudden she wont eat most things that are handed to her, only thrown. her favorite thing in the world is ice cubes and she used to take them no prob. now she'll take them, but she wont eat them unless you throw it. we found out you have to throw it to her because of some treats that she wasnt eating. she would take it, then just leave it on the floor. for days at a time. one day after she had a pile of them (grandma gives them to her, so they sit in the living room), my fiance picked it up and tossed it to her, and she actually ate it.
i tried it today with a potato chip. hand it, straight on the floor, toss it, eaten immediately.
why do you think this started?
