is it normal for a cat owner to be worried about their cat while on vacation?

i'm going to portugal in 3 weeks and i'm worried that my shelia will be homesick because she is gonna stay with sister. What should i do buy her toys because she is a indoor cat that is declawed. Also will she try to go outside while i'm gone
