My siamese has a watery eye, just a clear water runs out from her right eye, it's been 3 weeks she has it. There is no other symptoms, her energy and appetite is good and she is an indoor cat, just got her vacinne few months ago.

It’s a probably a good idea to get her to the vet she may have an eye infection.
It could be nothing ..or..something.
If anyone in your house smokes, or if the heat is on and the house is dry, or if her litterpan has a "dusty" litter in it, she could be having an eye "irritation".
I have Siamese cats, and sometimes their eyes water for no "apparent" reason. They get a "crust" below their eyes (like the "sleep" that people have in the corner of their eyes, when they wake up). I haven't noticed that it causes any problem. I just "scrape" it off, and they go their "merry way", none the worse for wear!
If, however, your cat's eye starts having a yellow or greenish discharge, that's a whole different story....Then she needs to see the vet, PRONTO.
Hope this helps, and it's nothing serious.
Good luck......
