You didn't mention what type of sounds she is making. If she sounds like she's in distress, you should take it to the vet. However, when I brought my Pom puppy home, she was quiet and shy for about a week, and then the personality came out. She was yelping and barking at toys and my other dog - it ended up that she's the alpha female. I think she was just trying to establish that early.

My puppy did that too, and I heard from a friend that I should take him( my puppy's a guy) to the vet and have the surgery... I helped him. But then again, if you want your puppy to have puppies later on, then don't do it.

Or.... take her out of the crate.

if you have added something new to the house (such as a new pet , furniture, etc.) she might not be used to it in the house. it could also be because of too much excitement from people around her. or maybe shes just excited and wants to play.
