My cat was just diagnosed as being blocked last weekend. The vet took out the

catheder today and put another in I'm sorry for so many questions but I am a wreck worrying about this. The vet says my cat was only dribbling and not giving a good flow. He took the old catheder out and put another one in within four hours because their office was closing. Is this the point where the surgery is needed or is that even long enough to see if the cat will progress????

THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU THAT RESPOND

Your cat sounds like on the brink of kidney failure.
