my cat has a bald butt?

I got my cat when she was a kitten, and we've had her for about 3 or 4 years now. Ever since she was younger, the area around her butt, and about 1/4 up her tail was thinner than the rest of her. lately, the hair is completely gone, and it's also gone bald 1/2 way down her back 2 legs, and parts of her stomach. we recently got a new kitten, so i'm thinking that maybe it could because of the stress, but she was thinning out before we got the kitten. she's not fixed, but she doesn't go outside. she eats regularly, and doesn't act sick. i'm not sure what type of cat she is, but i've talked with other owners of other cats that were in her litter, and none of them have had any problems.

she also gets very angry when someone touches her in that area, and she runs away, almost like it hurts her
