How to take care a brazilian turtle!?

My turtle sometimes didn't want to eat and very aggresive. He like to get out from his place and walk around the house.

First, you obviously have it in the wrong "place". It should not be able to get out. Second, if you have had it for more than a week or two, it should have gotten used to living in its new "place" unless you know nothing about its needs. I don't either, since you have not identified it. As far as getting it to eat, I find that live earthworms will get most turtles going.
