how do i stop my dog from eating me alive and being an extreme mental case when he...

...is outside? i have a german shorthair pointer and hes 1 yr old in human years. when we bring him outside to pee we jus let him out for an hour or two with some toys so he gets exercise. when we bring him out me,my brothers,my neighbor, mom and dad cant go outside. if we go outside my dog will jump on us and bite us and scratch us and destoy us. he is very quiet and friendly inside and he learns tricks very well. i taught him a trick called "stop" which means if were outside and hes trying to eat me he must stop and sit down but it only works if we have food.in my dogs mind its no food,no point to listen. i also tryed grabbing his neck and saying no sternly but it only works if my uncle, grandma or grandpa do it cuz my family lives in their house so there considered the alpa males of the house. my mom dad brothers and me will only get hurt more for trying that.

i easily control him inside by just saying no if he bites me but outside it never works. how do i stop my dog from eating me when outside?

Looks like some one needs to be signed up for obedience classes. The reason for this is that they feel kind of trapped in the house so they are good. once outside they feel to have for freedom to do what ever they please. I would go sign him up for obedience classes real soon!
