my papillon mac is about 3 and had just started peeing in his food bowl every night when he finishes eating. it is so gross and he has just started doing this about 2 weeks ago we have 2 other dogs in the house also and the boy dog has started doing it to but they have been in the same house ever since they were puppies they are all fixied so idk what is making them do this please help!!!

Has anything else changed two weeks ago? Might be a good idea to have him checked for a bladder infection as well.
