Thread: how can i train my chihuahua to walk with a leash?

My chihuahua is a 6 months.When i take her for a walk with the leash she goes crazy she dosen't lisent to me.she wants me to follow her and then she goes in circles (crazy).I really want to take her every day for a walk but she dosen't now how to walk with the leash please help me!

let her like sniff the leash and get comfortable with it, but otherwise not very much. basically itll just take some getting used to

When she pulls ahead pop her leash. (not to hard) and say wait.

i think chihuahua's are CRAZY...but just keep the leash on it all the time until it gets used to it...
