I Just Got another guinea pig yesterday and I put it in the same cage as my other one. They started attacking each other. Is this normal?

Yes.
You can't just throw two guinea pigs together, especially male ones.
You need to do a split cage with them- google 'split cage for guinea pigs' for more details.

Are you serious? You put 2 stranger male guinea pigs in the same cage? I suggest you do a lot of research for the sake of your gps. Seperate them immediately.
