Thread: Getting a house cat in an apartment?

We have just moved into an apartment and im currently in the process of begging my mum for a cat. She looks like she dosen't mind, but shes afraid that if they find out we have a cat they might make us pay. I told her to ask the landlord if it was possible to have quiet animals in the apartment(Cats are quiet...right?)) But she believes she already knows the answer. I told her that I would clean the litter, hair, andmake sure it wouldn't scratch the furniture. She'd only have to provide food everynow and then. I've looked to everyone for answers, but so far they've been NO help at all....If your a cat genius or have experienced this situation, Please help me.

first u have to ask the landlord and if he/she says its fine its up to u to buy one. But u def have to ask the landlord.
