which is friendlier .. Canadian Eskimo Dog, Alaskan Malamute or Siberian Husky?

Not the Alaskan Malamute... they can be quite aloof with people and dogs.
However, haven't lived with any of the three so will be people better able to judge.

Friendliness in dogs changes from dog to dog. As long as you treat the dog with the love and respect and take good care of him/her, then you should have a friendly dog.
