    Callie, please use google and read up on fish care, what you are seeing there is their "poo", and it's quite normal.

    Yes, this is normal esp after feeding them. My pleco gets this a lot and twines it around plants. Cant wait what his christmas tree will look like. But yea, the long, brown strings are just waste...

    omg! That's their guts!!!!! It means they are expelling their guts in preparation for changing into mutant alien brain eating monsters!!!! RUUNNN!!!!!!!!
