I have a black berry 9360 and I don't have a data plan. I basically pay about .13 a month. I can only call and text on this phone. Suddenly my bbm starts working and I am able to bbm some people that do have data plans. How is this happening? I'm worried I'll be charged extra for this :/

You very well could be charged extra. Better call your wireless carrier and ask them what's going on with your account.
