Thread: will it hurt a Lithium ion battery if i dont charge it the full 3 hours or...

...its interrupted on my new PALM PDA? just got it today.........a battery is a battery and its got a lithium ion......cell phones got them in as well, so i figure many people are knowledgeable about lithium ion

Lithium ion batteries aren't susceptible to "memory effect" which means you don't lost battery life or performance if you don't let it drain all the way or use it before the charging is done. But you're best off charging it when it's down to 10-15% battery left. And don't let it sit charging for too long after you've finished charging.
