Whenever I hotsync everything goes well, but this is what i did so tell me what i need to do next. Okay here go, i went on my desktop and clicked on Palm desktop. Then i looked on the left side where it said Install. So i clicked on it and there were two files and it said that whenever i do my next hotsync then those two files will be downloaded to my palm. So presses hotsync, but the two files didn't download. What do i need to do???????????
