Thread: Why cant I win in football manager handheld 2009??

I suck any tips I havent even scored 1 goal. I even bought Benzema and Asenjo but I dont know why I cant win?

Putting Random Players together will never help.. Football Manger is a very realistic based game.

Try Switiching Tactics and make sure no players are out of position

Notice On Matchday Lineups The little Green Circle Usually Beside or beneath the player

If The Circle Is

Light Green - Players Perfected Position
Dark Green - Players Position
Light Orange - Player comfortable with that position
Dark Orange - Player Can Play in that position but prefers not too
Red - Player Cannot adapt to that position

You have to understand football first, i have been playing football for over 12 years, and i pretty much know everything there is to the plaeyrs and movement. if you find the right combination, and smart moves, then you would win.

Try this, in team tactics, leave it to passing,tackling and game style to normal.

And put offside and pressing tactics as yes. these two are fundamental,

now for players instruction.
Strikers and centre defenders should never do forward runs or run witht the ball.

Midfielders and right back and left back must have forward , only the right and left midfielders can run with the ball.

and also the right/left midfield and right/left back should be allowed to cross balls.

Centre midfielders should be allowed to take long shots,and either 1 should send through balls,

im on my 5th season with real madrid and i have only lost 10 games and drawed 34 games. 212 wins so far. scored over 500 goals and conceeded 127 goals.

and the players have to be regularly played, if they dont play too much,they get unhappy and dont perform well.
