Thread: What are some good AT&T phones with a capacitive touch screen and does

not require a smartphone data plan? I need to know if anyone knows of any AT&T phone with a capacitive touch screen (not resistive) that is not a smartphone and therefore, does not require a smartphone data plan? I'm not talking about iphone/droids/torch/galaxy,etc., they all are great but require a plan.

I hate to be dragged into a Data plan, do not want to indulge in Texting/Browsing while Driving or browse on that small 3-4"display when I have my laptop handy at all times. But at the same time, I want to enjoy the features of a good touch screen (responsive) on my phone and not carry 2 device (phone + ipod like device) to carry my music and photos, etc.

I'm sure I'm not the only one wanting to know this. So please let us know.

dont know any like that but at&t gophone has the lg prime touch screen for like 100 bucks, just stick your contract sim in and ur good 2 go
