Which or what phone (smartphone) should i get? ?

Both my parents use Bell as a service provider, so I'm prolly gonna get a phone from there.
What kind of phone (or smartphone ) should i get?
What kind of plan should i get

Factors: looks and costs

I'm only 15, so I'm not sure whether i want to pay double for a smartphone plan, because i dont really need some of those featuers.

Please say why you picked the phone(smartphone) or the plan

I would say a blackberry...and if the bold is available with Bell go with that because it features simultaneous voice and data
