What are free windows mobile 6.0 smartphone (non-touchscreen) pic editing programs?

I need a free program that has photoshop-like photo editing capabilities, but for windows mobile 6.0 smartphone. My phone doesn't have a touchscreen, so that can't be necessary for the program. Thanks the help. The phone is a Verizon Wireless SMT5800 if that helps
