What does it mean to have 25 or 75 mb of data on a smartphone?

Say you downloaded a song. It could be like a 5 mb file ... that leaves you with 70mb
It's not speed ... it's usage. Everything you do is subtracted from it.
unlimited you can use it as much as you want.
