what is the differences between (AT&T Tilt - HTC TyTN II) & (HTC TyTn II Kaiser)?

The only difference is the AT&T contents of the ROM. You can easly make a Kaiser out of the Tilt by reflashing the ROM with an HTC ROM and a little of other tweaking.

The rom is different.. At&T Tilt does not have the front camera, but do support HSPDA. Likewise the colour of the keyboard is different. Other than that, there is not much difference. The firmware can be installed into any of the phones easily..
