I would like to get my husband a portable GPS for Valentine's day and I was wondering what the best ones for the money are? I know Garmin's are supposed to be good, but are there others that work just as well? I am looking for value and ease of use... (Would also like to keep it around 0 but would be willing to spend more if it makes a big difference in performance...) Thanks!
BTW, We don't have the iPhone and don't plan on getting new phones anytime soon!

I prefer Garmin, but they have been making some pretty good software that you can add to your iPhone also.
