i was on the highway and im pretty sure i was speding. there was a police car and a police officer around the bend with a handheld rader gun? do they send out a fine through the mail or not? or is it only the speeding camaras that send fines? (QLD)

it was very busy on the highway. and i did hear that handheld only get ur speed at the time and then the cop will chase you.
