Thread: smartphone: is there a way to prevent txt msgs from same sender being

appended as one conversation? service calls are dispatched as text messages. they are dispatched from one system so each service call/txt msg is for a different customer but is appended into one folder as one conversation because it came from the same sender/system. is there a way to make the smartphone treat each msg separately rather than as a conversation?
