my ipod touch 16G has ben resetting itself.?

can i bring it to an apple store for money back or something along those lines?

if so about how much?

i bought it at Walmart for 400$ about a month ago and there is not one scratch on the screen on metal behind.

have you tried resetting it urself? try holding down the center button and the menu button for about 10 seconds and that should take care of it... if not, then yeah it should be under warranty i think.
