Hey, I am planning to buy an unlocked smartphone because i cant really afford the price of data plan every month... I know i dont have to have the data plan if i buy an unlocked smartphone but i was wondering if i can get the Email & Web plan. Like i am currently on verizon and i switch to tmobile in december, so when i get a new contract with them and get a new phone, can i buy the non-pda phones and buy the Emial&Web plan then switch my sim card to the unlocked smartphone and use it?
