Is it possible to buy a wifi-enabled smartphone off of craigslist or eBay, then use it ONLY for wifi-enabled web browsing without ANY service plan? Sort of like an android-powered iPod touch?
Please note -- I'm talking about using it without ANY type of service plan, not just without a data plan.
