Need to hunt for a new phone here! HELP!

I need something with, according to priority, of the following:-

1. Smartphone / PDA / Pocket PC
2. Looooooong Battery life comes 1st of course!
3. GPS Navigation (preferably no subscription needed)
4. at least 3.2M Camera
5. 3G
6. Dual SIM card (can be ignored, cez i know this restricts A LOT)
7. HSDPA
8. Any other recommended +plus+ on specs!!!

Please suggest any website that i can look for some review of PDA / Pocket PC phone, etc.
