Thread: Pre-ordering a handheld from Amazon?

How does it work? Ive read different things. What i want to know is when i click that pre order button and go from there, am i charged a pre-order fee? There has been also mention of a hold popping up on your bank account is this true? Or do you pretty much just pre-order not get charged or anything on hold on your account for anything until its gonna come out? Thanks.
