I have an MDA Vario 2 on a pre-paid plan with TMobile. Like you i use it for voice calls and to sync with Outlook (plus some texting and occassionally writing notes/word docs). It works well, but dont buy it if u want a decent camera - the pictures it takes are rubbish.
