Its not because it can't get apps it has crappy email and the internet is bad on it thats why

No the lg rumor touch is not a smart phone
the reasoning being that it is a feature aka multimedia phone.
where a smart phone has much more advanced internet and 1000's of apps
the rumor touch however is a great device for prepaid users its a great middle of the line phone if you dont want the expense on prepaid that comes with a smart phone
