...- with ratings? I'm looking for a software media player with the following features:

1. Must be able to sync with phone under Windows Mobile

2. Must be able to sync with a certain folder on a Storage card of a phone

3. Must be able to put all MP3s to a single folder - without creating Artist\Album folders

4. Must have ratings


Windows Media Player so far is the best I found, but it puts all mp3s in a root of my storage card, and I can't turn off creating folder hierarchy.

Any suggestions?
