Samsung SCH-i760? My company foots the bill (and gets special deals), so price is not likely a consideration. I'm more interested in features and user-friendliness. Smaller, thinner preferred. Most important (used) functions: phone (duh! but has to be said), e-mail, calendar & contacts, mp3 player. I realize the Treo Pro is not available yet and that Verizon might not offer it.

I'm stuck in the same boat waiting for Verizon to release some new/decent handsets. Speaking with a Verizon Business Sales rep recently, he stated that even employees are not made aware of upcoming phones until the day before release. That being said, 3 phones to hold out a little for are the HTC Touch Diamond, HTC Touch Pro and the Treo Pro (800w should be available much sooner).
All of these offer the latest in GPS, WiFi, Broadband, and Windows Mobile 6.1. Do some web research on those models and I think you'll agree that they are worth the wait. Most online sources are saying the release should be in either September or October.
If you absolutely can't wait, the Samsung is going to be your best bet. You didn't state your current model, but I'm guessing you are running Windows Mobile. The Curve is an entirely new OS and requires a different corporate solution for email or minimally, the desktop redirector software.
Good luck.
