Thread: I need help looking for a handheld device!?

I'm looking for a specific type of electronic. I don't know the name or type of object, so I'll only say what it should have:
*It should be able to read (and uptake from computer ) written files from Adobe Reader. I got a CD that contains some books, but only open for Adobe, and it will cost too much to print them all.
*It should allow electronic writing and drawing (with a stylus or something), like an electonic notebook.
*Easy to connect and use, and possibly newest or best version of object.
* Very light and easy to carry around. Should be around the size of 8.5inches height, 5.5 inches length and 1 inch width (a.k.a: around the size of half an average school notebook)
also, what would be great is if it had:
*note taking at the side of the reading.
*bookmarking
*writing to text changer, to make your notes easy to switch to computer text
*plugin with a USB cord
*from medium to large space
*colour
*battery that charges with the wall plug.
*sreen light that doesnt blind eyes
