I am thinking of getting a PDA for my wife, Need Help?

She is basically going to be using this for a Phone book, Calendar, To Do list, Reminder with Alarm. She wouldn't mind other things on it.

What brand/model do you have experience with and recommend? I am trying to keep it around $100-$150. Any suggestions?
