I am having connection problems between my smartphone and my cell carrier.?
My T-Mobile Dash has started to act up. It has been connecting on and off with the network; not allowing me to send/recieve calls. Only until I have put the SIM card in another phone will it work again. This has happened several times now. I talked with Customer Care, they said I should clear the cache, but doing that would clear my contacts, photos....etc. Has anyone else had this problem and found a way around deleting all my information? Does anyone have any recommendations? I just tried clearing all my text messages and call history; so I will see how that works. Thank you to those that can help :-) !
