HTC Touch Diamond Weather?

I have a HTC Touch Diamond but I am having problems with changing the weather. When i click Menu, Add Location, the locations are coming up in French. I have looked through to try and find England/GreatBritain/UnitedKingdom but I cannot find them anywhere. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
